LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION
This license agreement covers all existing versions of Reglogic Software including its demos, from now on referred below as "RS".

Read the license for details:
1. All copyrights to "RS" are exclusively owned by the Author - Reglogic Software.
2. Anyone may use the "RS" demo for testing purposes during evaluation time: 30 days from first use. After you tested the shareware version of "RS", you are required to purchase registration code or discontinue use of this demo version.
3. No person or company may distribute "RS" (this includes but not limited to WWW-server or FTP-server publishing) for free or charging a fee for the distribution without written permission from the copyright holder.
4. "RG" is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use "RS" at your own risk. The Author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

5. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in
this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Reglogic Software..
6. The terms of this license, as well as the "RS" interface design are subjects of changes in future versions.
7. Installing and using "RS" signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove "RS" files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
